What a magical Strawberry themed evening, complete with a Strawberry Moon. We hope this event will be the first of an annual tradition of Skin Care events to kick off the summer at Spa Serenity and Pause Facial Bar.

This Description seems perfect for our intentions for this magical event. Summer days get so busy, we wanted to create an event to take a pause and enjoy the beauty of a summer night with your friends focusing on summer skin care.

In true Spa Serenity fashion we worked with some of the area’s most creative and amazing event stylists. This dreamy Moroccan tent and decor was from our friends at Ash & Arrow . Alysha & Adam created this event decor company with the mission of

 “bringing people together through shared experiences – turning every day events into memories that will last a lifetime. Each experience theme is hand-curated to transport you and your guests into a world of whimsy, wonder, and a little glimpse of magic. “

The balloon decor by one of our local favs, Jodi and her team from the Bloonery are constantly showing up at Spa Serenity and Pause Facial Bar to help us celebrate BIG and SMALL milestones. We can always count on Jodi adding a few pops of color to all of our events.

Nothing tastes like summer more than the sweet and tangy taste of fresh strawberries. The Spa Serenity Strawberry Skin Care Soiree was a feast of strawberry eats to celebrate the season. The Char Kuhnerie, Offering you & yours Grazing boxes, boards & catering options to display a beautiful bounty of appetizer art. 

Nautical Coffee , Founded on the shorelines of Lake Wisconsin, Nautical Coffee Co.’s mobile coffee trailer brings the café right to your backyard!

Brown Butter Bakery , if you attend any Baraboo Markets you are no stranger to Brown Butter Bakery and Emily’s decadent desserts and cakes. 

Cocktails Please

No Spa Serenity or Pause Facial Bar is complete without some delicious cocktails. Delicious cocktails are so easy with the help of our friends from WithCo , WithCo is a batched cocktail mix, using only fresh, flavorful ingredients, designed to help you be the better host. When we met the WithCo Ladies in Atlanta last winter we knew instantly that Spa Serenity & WithCo was a match  made in heaven. These Cocktail mixes are designed to make gathering on the fly easy and delicious. The Strawberry Margarita’s that  were served  at the Skin Care event was just one of the infinite number of ways that you can use the Withco Mixes to enhance your your hospitality skills. We wanted to create a space where our guests could schedule 60 minutes of time with one of our amazing estheticians to receive all the “things” newest with the best and fastest results in skin care. Grab a healthy and Delish C2Juciery Juice and relax in our leather zero gravity Chairs and receive personalized Facial experience targeting your cringy areas.

POPS | Privately Owned Public Spaces in Baraboo 

POPS is a concept Lacey borrowed from a visit to San Francisco. What a great opportunity to share our urban outdoor space with the community. In 2021, when Pause Facial Bar was created we also created an urban outdoor space that is shared with our staff and the public. We also commissioned Baraboo Transplant local Laura Annis to enhance our space with a Wildflower Mural  featuring an Alice in Wonderland Quote “ Do you suppose she’s a Wildflower?” .  

With the first 2022 Strawberry Skin Care Event we wanted to add some color and elements to our POPS. Our event guests were asked to add their creative touch to the POPS Mural and Laura also helped us create a Littler Free Library for adults. This Little Free Library will feature books promoting personal growth, self care, exploring mental health & and business development, yes all those things work together!
