Appointments canceled or rescheduled after the end of the previous day will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Yes, any client 15 or older can receive services in Pause Facial Bar.

The majority of services are booked for a 1 hour time slot. However, facial services typically take 45 minutes. We book for one hour to accommodate any service enhancements and also time to look at skincare products for you to take home.

Pause Facial Bar is designed with comfort and timeliness in mind. Arrive in your comfortable clothes or work attire and we will help you get as comfortable as possible with a cozy blanket.

The Pause Facial Bar team really wants you to take a time-out while you are in the Pause space. We encourage you to bring your headphones or earbuds to tune in to your favorite Podcast or music.

The services in Pause Facial Bar are result-driven, some of the services may require special aftercare. Your Esthetician will discuss any necessary aftercare needed.

Some services will leave your skin red following your services.

We have created a private Pause entrance off of the alley between 3rd and 4th Street in Downtown Baraboo. Look for the Wildflower mural created by our friend Laura Annis. You are welcome to come early or plan an extra few minutes to enjoy our new public outdoor space.

You may book Pause Facial Bar and Spa Serenity Services back to back. Just use the Spa corridor to make your way between spaces. Please allow an extra 15 minutes between bookings to accommodate for any delay in services.

Pause is set up for express payment if you have a card on file in our system.  One-touch check out from the treatment chair. No more waiting in line at the desk. However, if you would like to pay by cash or another form of payment (including Spa Serenity Gift Cards), you may check out at the Spa Serenity Front Desk.

Yes, you may use your Spa Serenity Gift Cards for Pause Facial Bar Services, we may just need to have you come to the Spa Serenity Front Desk to check out.
